Return Policy
Your ozznek shoes purchase is guaranteed to please! If you wish to return or exchange an item, just follow the steps below
Items purchased from ozznek shoes are eligible for store credit in form of a gift card, which can be used towards any of our products and they never expire
Defective product: products that do not meet our manufacturer standards are considered defective
Return shipping: if product is defective or wrong product or size was sent, we’ll take full responsibility for both return and replacement of the product
Process for returning defective product: please contact our customer service team at customercare@ozznekshoes.Com with order number, details and images of the defective product and we will provide instructions for the return process
If customer changes their mind after receiving a product (I.E buyers remorse), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition, a store credit will be issued. Our store credit can be used towards any product from the store and they never expire!
Items must be returned or exchanged in new and in like-new, showing no signs of wear or use condition within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number in the package for quick processing. For return/exchange request, email us with your order number to -customercare@ozznekshoes.com
Exchange- the items must be the same price as the original purchase. Upon receipt of the product to be exchanged, and verification of its condition, a store credit wil be issued which the customer can use towards any item on our website. Email us with your order number customercare@ozznekshoes.Com if you wish to exchange
We process returns and exchange promptly and you should receive your exchange within 5-7 days. Store credits will be issued within 3 days and will be sent as a code to your registered email.
